Introduction to Beekeeping
A course for anyone interested in keeping
European honey bees. Both the traditional hive and the Flow Hive will be demonstrated.
When: Saturday 14th November 2020 from 9am to 2pm

Cost: $120 ($70 for club members) Cash, cheque or Direct Deposit.
Note: $50 membership covers all family members, so a couple attending would pay $190.

Catering: Morning tea and lunch (sandwiches) provided. If you have particular food
requirements, you are asked to provide your own.
What to bring: Water bottle, pen and note book.
What to wear: Protective clothing is essential – long-sleeved shirt, long pants,
covered shoes and socks. If you have a bee-suit or veil, please bring it. The club will have various items of protective gear
(full suit, ½ suits, and veils) for use.
Class size: Class size is maximum of 20 persons, with a minimum of 6 - 8.
