Introduction to Beekeeping
A course for anyone interested in keeping honey bees.
If you are unwilling to abide by the Queensland Government public health directives we ask that you do not enrol or attend courses at our clubhouse.
We require everyone to wear masks inside our clubhouse as we are unable to keep members 1.5m apart due to high numbers. Medical exemptions with proof of the exception will be accepted. Those unwilling to wear a mask will not be able to attend our courses as we must ensure the safety of our members and course participants.
When: Saturday 13th November 2021 from 9am to 2pm

Cost: $150 including a complimentary Club Membership
A couple attending a course will pay $250.

Catering: Morning tea and lunch (sandwiches) provided. If you have particular food
requirements, you are asked to provide your own.
What to bring: Water bottle, pen and note book.
What to wear: Protective clothing is essential – long-sleeved shirt, long pants,
covered shoes and socks. If you have a bee-suit or veil, please bring it. The club will have various items of protective gear
(full suit, ½ suits, and veils) for use.
Class size: Class size is maximum of 15 persons.
